Welcome to Rahway Public School Registration

PreK3 & PreK4: Please note that due to space limitations, registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

Before you begin, please have the following documents ready. While you can return later to complete the registration, you cannot submit it without completing all required fields and uploading the necessary documents.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Proofs of Residency (2)
  • Immunization Records
  • Parent/Guardian Photo Identification
  • Physical Examination Form - If completed prior to registration, scan and upload during this process, otherwise once complete, please mail to your child's school.


For Proof of Residency please have the items listed below

Pick ONE of the following:
  • Property Tax Bill
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Affidavit of Domicile (Click here to obtain the form)
  • Copy of Executed Deed
  • Signed Settlement Statement
  • Copy of Executed Lease
  • Affidavit of Title
  • H.U.D. Settlement
Choose from ONE of the following:
  • Utility Bill
  • Cable/Internet Bill
  • Bank Statement

Prior to registering your child, please complete the following steps below.

Step 1: You MUST have a valid email account to register your child.

Step 2: Review the How To Register manual by clicking here for the Registration Manual or look at this video tutorial of how to register by clicking here.  These are meant for you to familiarize yourself with the process.

Step 3: Collect and scan or take pictures of the documents needed they are REQUIRED to register. Click CamScanner for a free scanning app or you can simply take a picture and upload it.
