Email & Text Notification Information
If you're not receiving email and text notifications from us, there are a few things you can check:
Genesis Notifications for Attendance, Gradebook, Messages, Discipline, etc.
- Log in to the Genesis Parent Portal.
- Click on "Settings".
- Click on "Email Alerts" and choose the notifications you'd like to receive.
Weekly Communication, Security Drills, Event Notifications, etc.
- Log into the Genesis Parent Portal.
- Click on "Contacts".
- Ensure your email and cell phone number are listed correctly.
- If your phone number doesn't say cell and you want to receive text notifications, remove your phone number and add it again, selecting "cell phone" as the type.
If you have tried these steps and are still not receiving notifications, please fill out this form for support.
