To begin the registration process, click here to create an application for enrollment. Once submitted, you will receive a message stating “Thank you! The preregistration submitted to Rahway Public Schools has been received. If you are enrolling more than one student, please submit this form for each child. Within one business day, you will receive an email from [email protected] with further instructions."
Registration requires documentation of immunizations, proof of age, proof of guardianship (or affidavit application) and proof of residency. Students entering the Rahway Public Schools are required to present documentation of a medical examination (Physical) prior to their first day of school.
Documents can be uploaded through the PowerSchool Parent Portal "Forms" during submission, emailed to [email protected], or faxed to 732-396-2635.
A child’s enrollment into the Rahway Public School District will be confirmed once all of the enrollment forms have been submitted through the parent portal and all required supporting documents have been approved.
School assignments and sessions for students entering Kindergarten through 12th Grade will be scheduled by the individual school secretaries or guidance counselors. Preschool children will be assigned by the Office of Early Childhood Education.
All assignments and sessions will be prioritized based on the child’s completion date of enrollment, available space and are not determined solely by address of residence. Every effort will be made to accommodate parental requests.
