New Jersey Kindergarten Entry Assessment (NJKEA)


    NJKEA is a research-based, developmentally appropriate system for assessing the development of children in kindergarten. The Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment is based on 38 objectives that are predictors of school success.  Objectives fall beneath the following areas of development and learning:  Social-Emotional, Language, Physical, Cognitive, Literacy, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Social Studies, English Language Acquisition
