ClassDojo Users - Are you not seeing notifications?

When a teacher sends a message, parents will receive a notification either by email or as a push notification from the ClassDojo app. We recommend parents download the ClassDojo app as it's the simplest way to stay in touch with teachers and know about the Class Story and School Story.

When you download the app, you'll get a push notification each time you get a message from your child's teacher. Emails aren't issued to app users unless the in-app notification was not successfully delivered. In order to ensure that you're able to get push notifications, you need to have notifications enabled on your mobile device.  Click here if you need help setting up notifications.
