This years goals and projects...
- Watershed Cleanup: We are Lucky to have so many waterways in our town. The river is alive with fish and bird life. Our goals are to learn about the history of our river, how it helped developed our town, and protect it for future generations. The first settlers of our area, the Lenape Indians led by Chief Rahwak, loved and respected the river and we want to continue that tradition.
- Ink Cartridges: we have decided to collect empty ink cartridges. We will collect them and recycle them.
Fundraiser: Every once in awhile we have fundraisers in the club. In these fundraisers, each item sold saves a tree.
Science Olympia: This is the contest for which we prepare for all year long in the Science Club. 15 students from Science Club will be chosen to go by their ability to the Science Olympia. The Science Olympia is a series of different experiments in which students compete. All the winners will get a 4 year scholarship to any college they choose, the scholarship is not limited to a study in science.
