This year, Rahway's elementary school children will take Superintendent Frank R. Buglione 20,000 leagues under the sea.  Franklin's children are taking him to the depths of the Pacific Ocean.  For each book the children read, he will travel one league.  The children in grades 3, 4, and 5 will be responsible for doing some research about the ocean; for example,  - What kinds of marine life will he encounter?  How far down can he travel in scuba gear, does he need to get into a "bathosphere"?  He will report back to the children periodically throughout the year and answer some of their questions as he makes his journey to the bottom of the ocean!
