The Rahway Foundation For Excellence In Education is a non profit organization that awards grants to teachers for developing timely, innovative and creative projects that enrich the educational process of the Rahway Public School children.
Educators in all six public schools are eligible to submit grant applications each Fall and Spring. Grants are awarded competitively based upon quality and educational components. Projects funded address academic, developmental and social issues specific to the desire and needs in the Rahway Public Schools.
The Foundation sponsors a series of fund raising campaigns throughout the year receiving donations from corporations, local business and individuals. Every contribution made is an investment in our children, assuring that the future of our community remain bright and stable.
